Today is Mu‘ammar Qadhafi's 69th birthday. He has given a defiant speech (audio only) vowing to die in Libya after some of the heaviest NATO attacks on Tripoli to date, and apparently serious fighting on several fronts.
And NATO is carrying out major strikes in daylight today, another shift.
