I'm Retiring as Editor

After 19 years as Editor of The Middle East Journal, I am retiring as of the end of January, that is, today.

I have now also spent nine years writing this blog, and have offered to continue posting here though we might have to change the "Editor's Blog" name, but I don't know if MEI will agree to that, in which case I may end up blogging somewhere else. In the meantime I thank all my readers and I will try to let you know the fate of the blog.

UPDATE: Until and unless MEI decides to continue this blogin some form, I will post occasional observations at michaelcollinsdunn.blogspot.com.
