Morocco's Local Elections

In all the sound and fury of the Iranian election crisis, I and just about everybody else pretty much ignored Morocco's local elections: they were local, after all, not national, and were overshadowed by the more dramatic events elsewhere. But for the sake of completeness, here's a wrapup at Maghreb Politics Review analyzing the results.
