Lynch on Bin Laden's Latest

Marc Lynch offers his take on Usama bin Laden's latest tape. As he notes, so many jihadist websites went down over the September 11 anniversary — that happened last year too, presumably courtesy of certain intelligence sources — as a result the tape, presumably intended for the anniversary, arrived a few days late and with no English subtitles.
