Bassem Youssef's Show Will Not Be Returning

Egyptian satirist Bassem Youssef has announced that his show, which had been on hiatus so as not to influence the Presidential elections, will not return to the air.

"The environment that we live in is not suitable for the show and I am tired and we are at the end of our tether," Youssef said on Monday. "To those who are happy the show stopped: I tell them that the stopping of El-Bernameg is a victory for us."

I'm not so sure I see the "victory" in the news.
