Egypt Results: 62% Turnout

The press  conference to announce the Egyptian results was a bit strange. After the  head of the Election Committee announced that the 62% turnout was the biggest "since pharonic times," (and I didn't even know you could vote for pharaoh), he read a few results and then declared himself tired and went home.

One thing is clear: of the individual competitions, almost all are going to runoffs, so a real picture of even the first phase is going to have to wait for the second round, December 5-6. As more is available, I'll post again.
