Egypt's Revolving-Door Ministry of Culture

During Husni Mubarak's 30 years in power, Egypt had only three Ministers of Culture; the last, Farouk Hosni, served from 1987 until Mubarak's last days.  By contrast, by Egypt Independent's count, with the resgnation in protest this week of Muhammad Saber Arab, who quit to protest police violence, Egypt has had five Culture Ministers in the past two years.
