The Afghanistan Debate

Because I was doing only light blogging while on vacation I did not comment on or link to the Afghanistan strategy debate that has been going on for the past week at Abu Muqawama. As the US draws down in Iraq and beefs up its position in Afghanistan, and as that country holds Presidential elections, it's a good time to explore the strategic implications of the NATO commitment there. I commend the debate to anyone who hasn'nt already been following it.
