Qatar's Replacement of its Energy Minister

When you're a major oil producer and a natural gas superpower, as Qatar pretty much is, replacing your Energy Minister is news, especially in the Gulf where ministers tend to serve forever. I've been busy with Tunisia, of course, a country I know rather well, while I don't know Qatar except from a distance (unless one stopover at Doha airport counts).
